Durham city centre is a ten minute walk from the train station and five minutes from the main bus station.
Meteor car park in the heart of Durham city centre offers 500 secure, under cover spaces with 24 hour staffing and is conveniently situated at the beginning of the light trail, just below Millennium Place.
Visitor Information
The lights will be switched on from 4pm to 10pm on 6th, 7th and 8th November.
The full route takes 45 minutes to an hour to walk. Visitors are advised to wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear.
Glow sticks and further information can be collected from the Town Hall reception in Market Place until 9pm.
Public toilets are available on Palace Green on the corner of Owen Gate.
